Food for thought: “Soup is a lot like a family. Each ingredient enhances the others; each batch has its own characteristics; and it needs time to simmer to reach full flavor.”- Marge Kennedy   Spicy Bok Choy Soup   Print Prep time 10 mins Cook time 10 mins Total time 20 mins   This Asian inspired soup is bursting with warming flavors of garlic, peppers and cilantro.
